This Privacy Policy explains what information ToolCot (https://toolcot.online) collects and how we use it. We keep it simple on purpose: we collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

Contact form messages. If you send us a message through our contact page, we store what you submit: your name, email address, subject, message, the date, and your IP address. This is stored locally on our server in a private file (data/messages.json) and is used only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.

2. Information we do NOT collect

• No accounts. You never need to register or log in to use any tool.
• No tool-input tracking. Whatever you type into a calculator or converter is processed in your own browser and is never sent to us.
• No analytics or advertising trackers are run by us at this time.

3. Cookies and local storage

We do not set cookies ourselves. Some tools may save your last settings (for example, a selected unit) in your browser's local storage so the tool remembers your preference next time. That data stays on your own device — it is never transmitted to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

In the future we may show ads (for example, Google AdSense) to keep the site free. Ad providers may use their own cookies to serve and measure ads; their practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

4. How we use your information

Contact form messages are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, and we never add your email to any mailing list.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the message you sent, or to delete it permanently. Email noorkhannoorkhan695@gmail.com from the same address you used, and we will act on your request.

6. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect stored messages (HTTPS across the site, restricted server access). No method of storage is 100% secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the contact form.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
